Skills needed:
-Data Entry
-Microsoft Excel
-Ability to prioritize tasks
-Attention to detail
-Shopify/ Amazon Seller Central/ Salesforce experience preferred

Primary Responsibilities of the E-Commerce Buyer Assistant:
Data Entry:
-PO entry/ Changes.
-Creating weekly reports and statistical recaps as needed.
Maintain vendor relationships:
-Following up with incoming shipments.
-Sending out purchase orders.
-Following up with chargebacks and order issues.
Maintaining a close relationship with the warehouse:
-Ensure goods are received in a timely manner.
-Quality check merchandise as needed.
Adding to the collections doc:
-Work with buyers/vendors are gathering cost/ retail/ units/ and other information for new products
-Update doc with ETAs
Proposing new flow for orders:
-Cancelations
-Push outs of orders
-Reducing inventory
