We’re seeking an experienced customer service representative who has polished English speaking AND writing skills, to join our Philippine-based team of CSR reps who also make sales calls to our loyal customers.
This position's roles include:
1. Replying to our customers’
2. Fielding voice calls from prospective and existing customers;
3. Making telemarketing calls out to new customers, existing customers, and former customers to gauge their interest in placing orders.
Pay rate starts at $4.5 USD paid twice monthly + 13 month bonus opportunity.
What we're looking for in an ideal candidate:
> Experience working in customer service for a US based, English-speaking call center;
> Excellent English skills, verbal and written; understanding of the US based customer;
> Available to work overnight Philippines time as our shifts generally run 9:00 a.m. PST - 5:00 p.m. PST;
> Enjoys working in a collaborative, caring team environment;
> Listens to direction well and has an outgoing, energetic approach to people;
> Must have an established, reliable, high-speed Internet and quiet work environment, free of distractions.

> Pet people are a plus as our products are pet-oriented!
> Have experience working in Shopify and/or Amazon accounts;
