JOB OVERVIEW

***6 Month Contract with possibility of full time contract at the end of the 6 months***

This is a role that will only be suitable for those who are able to work in a highly organised and accurate manner. To place temporary workforce staffing at the request of clients keeping all computer systems up to date with bookings and to connect over the phone with healthcare staff and hospitals and medical facilities. Matching key skills and availability with requests generated by clients in the Health and Social Care Sectors. Identifying opportunities to develop improve and expand relationships within the sector. Hours flexible but default hours would be Wednesday to Sunday 7.30am-5.30pm UK Time

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Building relationships with current clients to gain understanding of the right kind of staff to match with their needs

• Organise and coordinate weekly rotas and ad hoc shifts by contacting candidates over the phone or email

• Assist Account Manager to ensure sufficient current and future staffing levels

• Working on the maintenance of the compliance of the current workforce

•Find cover for shifts at short notice by calling candidates

• Dealing with queries from clients and staff in a professional and timely manner

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

-High speed internet connection and backup power generator required
-Personality - Organised, Friendly, Professional, Team player, resillient
-Personal Situation – Happy to work independently and within a small team
-Specific Job Skills – Recruitment or Health Sector Knowledge would be beneficial
-Computer Skills – Excel, Email , Database, social media would be beneficial
-Literacy and Numeracy – attention to detail and accuracy
Commercial Skills –Recruitment & Health Sector Experience beneficial
-Management Ability – Ability to work independently and juggle with large numbers of deadline tasks whilst ensuring accurate and timely communication
-Able to prioritize and work under pressure.
-Experience within a similar role or a understanding rotas and fulfillment
-Good communication skills and telephone manner

Scale:
A remote working based role to assist with agency worker scheduling and compliance administration
