All around Wiz Needed - Admin, Video Editing, Social Media Ads

I have several projects going on simultaneously, but I can't do it all alone. I have a podcast for which I need good video editing help.. Someone who can make the right choices of what to cut and what to leave, and bring some life to the video interviews. I have 2 Wordpress sites that need more frequent activity, as well as more social media advertising and marketing to drive traffic and sales.
