JOB OVERVIEW

Upgrade to see actual info - Project

Greetings! I have a new website that I’m Upgrade to see actual info will cover fundraising events for private SaaS companies. These fundraising events are seed rounds, Series A, Series B, Series C, Series D, Series E, and Series F. You can learn more about me here (Upgrade to see actual info).

I’m looking for a part-time to full-time person to manage this website. Duties include the following:

• Article creation
o Write short summary articles (see example below) covering fundraising events. Follow format below.
? This should be simple. Just summarizing the news into this format. But with a little creativity for the first paragraph. Typically, I look at couple press releases and the company’s website to summarize the event.
? We will use Google Alerts to find these fundraising events.
? Monday – Friday : write 10 articles per day or more (increase over time, potentially finding additional person to help)
? You don’t have to be a great writer. These are just summaries.
• Website
o Post articles daily to Upgrade to see actual info
? It’s a very easy process.
• Excel
o Track posted articles in Excel spreadsheet
o For example, we’ll track company name, URL of article posting from Upgrade to see actual info, funding amount, etc.
o Enhance the article data with the following fields.
? CEO’s name, CEO’s LinkedIn profile URL, company’s LinkedIn URL, company phone number, CEO’s email address.
? I have a subscription to Upgrade to see actual info that helps with this.
• Newsletter
o Preparing daily or weekly newsletters with funding event news
• Daily Deliverables
o Again, Monday through Friday, the person needs to write articles, post them to the site, and track them in a spreadsheet. Then prepare newsletters.

I can pay a fixed wage per month and commit to this project for at least three months to see what happens with the site.
