Job Summary
The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for the implementation of the company recruitment strategy. The Recruiter Consultant maintains a good working relationship with client and executes the Talent Acquisition and HR outsourcing services to client.
Role
• Execute recruiting and pipelining plans.
• Identify recruiting resources to source and certify new talent.
• Develop leading-edge methods to attract diverse talent.
• Work closely with Client to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent.
• Assist Client with the drafting of exceptional job descriptions.
• Manage external job postings and communications.
• Able Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
• Ensure timely and thorough candidate screenings.
• Manage a consistent, high volume flow of qualified candidates through active and
passive sourcing methods.
• Manage all data associated with the recruitment.
• Maintain current knowledge of business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends.

Job Requirement
• BS/BA Degree.
• Minimum 3 years progressive experience in Recruitment or HR.
• Successful track record of direct sourcing candidates.
• A strong knowledge of, and experience with, outside recruiting resources including social recruiting.
• Outstanding networking and communication skills.
• An extremely high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• BA/BS degree required.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to converse and work with people at all levels of the organization.
• A well-developed network of HR service-providers, such as agencies, consultants, HR legal and insurance support.
• Be trustworthy in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
• Can establish good working relationship with stakeholders and keep them informed of actions.
• Has high level of initiative to manage own work flow to meet Company objectives
