Virtual Assistant with Social Media Experience

We are an e-commerce that sells sportswear for women and we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and talented Virtual Assistant to join our team!

Ideally you will be experience in handling a wide range of administrative and support related tasks.

Essential Functions:

Blogs: We have three blogs.
You will be responsible for uploading provided content to the blogs along with pictures that resonate with the blog article.

Social Media: Manage our social media by posting on a daily basis. You will be responsible for studying our current posts in order to be able to learn the brand voice.

Marketing research: research the web and come up with about 20 title ideas for the blogs. You don’t need to write the blogs. Just provide the title ideas. About 20 per month.

Other research: research the web and social media platforms for bloggers and social media personalities to introduce them to our clothing line.

Newsletter: If necessary you will work with our designer and assist with newsletter content.

Skills:


- Product Entry.
- Wordpress and Bigcommerce.
- Able to meet deadlines
- Basic Knowledge of SEO Yoast ( Wordpress Plugin)
- Basic Photoshop desirable but no required.
- Must be available at least 2-3 hours EST - US time.
- Fitness and healthy living knowledge are a plus.
