We are looking for a Facebook Ad’s specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position.

What we do:
We are a Full-Service Digital Marketing Agency. based in London, England. We work with various clients such as; Restaurants, Gym's, Nutrition brands, E-commerce and more!

What you need to be able to do:
We are recruiting for a Facebook Ads Specialist who has demonstrable experience in running advertising campaigns across various channels and who can improve the performance of our clients’ campaigns over time.

This means you have worked with channels like Facebook, Instagram and Adwords, and successfully implemented strategies and tactics that have driven ROI and ROAS across multiple industries.

You have the confidence and project management skills to look after multiple projects simultaneously and diversify your skillset to make sure you can make a variety of project types candidates MUST have experience dealing with clients with ONLINE businesses, particularly products and service-based businesses and FUNNELS.

You must have the technical skillset to implement pixels and pixel events, set up audiences in GA and be up to date with the recent IOS changes. We are recruiting for an EXPERT who not only loves digital marketing but who is also familiar with marketing across multiple channels, including social, advertising, email, conversion rate optimisation, website & marketing audits, strategy & tactics.

You understand the importance of everything that happens after the click so that you will be well-versed in conversion rate optimisation, email marketing strategies, and some growth hack.

• Creates Proven Sales FunnelAgencygencys
• Set up complex prospecting & remarketing flows.
• Familiar with finding and testing audiences across channels.
• Familiar with combining tactics across multiple channels
• Copywriting for ads, funnel, and emails.
• Solid ability in both written and verbal communication
• Demonstrable experience managing ads for eCommerce, B2B| and B2C
• Conversion rate optimisation
• Growth hacking tools & techniques
• A/B testing methodology
• Collaborative Team Player, self-motivated and organised.

This role is a LONG-TERM role - you will be an important part of the business, and we are a growing company so that you will have a lot of room for growth and guaranteed stability.


Please also share some examples of the successes you have had in the past. We are not looking for someone who can just set up Facebook ads. Still, someone who understands the intrinsic complexities of running campaigns to drive results and the strategies and tactics involved in delivering results - if a campaign doesn't drive results, you are quick to react to test, learn, fix or start again. We are looking for a Facebook Ads go-getter who is quick and prepared to take ownership of the role.
