Krystal Events Inc is looking to hire a Social Media Assistant that it’s driven and a dedicated individual to create and manage our Social Media Marketing and sale.
To handle all aspects of our social media presence on
Create and manage all social media sales and marketing campaigns
Manage social footprint and image
Create leads and sales
Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
Extensive Social Media campaign management with a proven track record.
Experience and successful track record managing home services campaigns.
Ability to create compelling video and still ads that create results.
A portfolio of campaigns that have been
Experience as a social media specialist or similar position
Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills
Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including GMB, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn,
Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO
Experience doing buyer persona and audience research
Familiarity with publishing and web design
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in running social media business and personal accounts for other online companies and understands how to work efficiently and effectively with strong communication.
