We are a fast paced, quickly growing company specializing in coaching and training company. We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience in administering and organizing all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. You will manage schedules, arrange assignments and communicate progress to all tea
You will be working closely with the marketing team to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
Liaising with the team manager and team concerning project details and deliverables
Planning and implementation of projects
Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
Delegating tasks on the project to tea
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Communicating with the team to keep the project aligned with their goals
Organize and prepare resources, tools and etc.
Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
Create and update workflows
Tracking deadlines and goal progression
Analyzing data as required
Monitor project progress and any issues that arise
Measure and report on project performance
You may be asked to do a variety of other tasks that require critical thinking and logical problem-solving.
5+ years' work experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator
Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana or Trello)
Detail-oriented and highly organization skills, including multitasking and time-management
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
Excellent problem-solving skills
BSc in Business Administration or related field
