Job Description: Social Media Manager
Rate: $600 USD
Number of Hours/Duration: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week Monday-Friday, additionally 1-2 hours on Saturday and Sunday for social media engagement.
Trial Period: 3 months
Start Date: August 9, 2021


We are looking for ongoing assistance with social media management and social media engagement for my business. I am a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, 500 hr certified yoga instructor, and founder of Well Daily. I do the strategy for social media and am looking for a VA who has an incredibly STRONG understanding of all social media platforms (I’ll give copy and direction). I’m a female entrepreneur who believes in building up everyone that I work with, we provide training and direct feedback to help mentor you as well.

Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of the Kajabi Platform (a valuable asset)
Knowledge in WordPress, Facebook Business Suite
Ability to design in Canva (graphics and videos)
Strong understanding of all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and how to post/manage accounts
Can take direction and roll with the punches
Amenable to working hours in Pacific time (Monday through Friday with 4 of those hours being between 6 am and 10 am PST)
Excellent communication skills
Excellent English speaking and writing skills

Responsibilities:
Scheduling and posting articles to website and social media using scheduling platform (training included)
Community engagement (on social media platforms) responding to comments, messages and expanding our audience
Administrative work (filling out forms, creating documents, email templates)
Posting to Instagram stories (training included)
Assistance with editing articles (WordPress – training included)
Marketing and outreach to brands and potential clients
