Website/Api/PHP/Zapier Website mantainace

There are a few issues with how my website works with Zapier as well as my current API setup. I need someone who will be able to upkeep my site and fix issues that arise as the website changes and is updated. As this won't be a constant issue, I'm looking to pay one person who is well versed in these areas to consistently fix issues for an hourly rate.
