Accounting Manager

We are a Bookkeeping Company. Looking for an individual with the following characteristic/ experience:

- 7 plus years of bookkeeping / Accounting experience for US company
- Must be familiar with QB online & Desktop
- Must be detail oriented.
- Experience with Payroll online and Desktop
- Must be able to review financials Profit & Loss / Balance sheet
- Have great communication skills.
- Be able to multi task
- Be available during the working hours of 8 AM - 4 PM eastern time.

The main responsibility of this position is to manage multiple bookkeepers and assure the accounts are being properly reconciled. This person is to report back to the owner and clients.
