Tax Accounting / Project Management

Based in Europe, our busy international tax accounting team needs an experienced tax accountant/tax manager; You will maintain accurate client and project lists, update databases, create and update checklists, coordinate progress on tax engagements; assist principal attorney; monitor document requests, organize and classify incoming files, identify written client questions requiring a response, ensure progress toward internal and external deadlines; identify and trouble-shoot engagements that get stuck. Position includes proofreading financial reports and preparing US tax returns for individuals (non-residents and US expats).

This full-time position requires excellent written business English skills, attention to detail, great computer skills & reliable, high-speed internet access. The ideal candidate is great with both people and spreadsheets, enjoys learning new software applications, improving workflow automations, and improving business processes; self-managing, growth-oriented, forward thinking, responsible and mature. Empathy and care for our clients to ensure excellent service delivery. At least 5 hours/weekday overlap with Central Europe Time Zone.
