Looking for a Blockchain Developer -
Must have the following -
* Experience doing Blockchain Projects
* Understand and can program mart contracts
* Understanding of NFTs
* Being able to do Cardano smart contracts is a huge plus
* Can understand and do DeFi and DAO.
* ICOs
* Strong programming background

Looking for someone who can be flexible in the technology they work with and can move to different techs as needed and pick up new skills quickly. We believe if someone is good technically learning new techs is not generally a big issue.
