Social media specialist for pet content(Home-based)

Job description
1. Develop Social Media plan in line with the company’s marketing programs(For pet products, dog pajamas, dog diapers, dog dresses and dog sweaters)
2. Manage, analyze and update our social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook
3. Drive our social media programs as well as increases the company’s visibility in social media channels
4. Work with our team to create, edit, publish, and promote engaging content across digital media, including compelling images, videos and copywrting
5. Develop and execute social media strategies and tactics to attract more followers or pet lovers and maintain consistent interaction with them
6. Analyze media and channel performance and make and act on recommendations for continuous improvement
7. Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Mass Communications or equivalent
2. At least one-year writing experience in PR agency or creative agency or publications
3. With in-depth experience in managing various social media channels of a company such as Facebook, Instagram or Youtube
4. Preferably with extensive knowledge in pet industry trends in dogs or dog products(If youself are a pet lover, then it's perfect )
5. Able to write according to related trending topics
6. Excellent writing, copywriting and editing skills
7. Excellent in English communications and grammar
8. Proficient in Windows applications; with knowledge in photoshop preferred
9. Very good organizational skills and pro-active mind set
10. Excellent attention to details and able to work effectively under pressure
11. Able to take direction, a self-starter, and has a good sense of teamwork
