JOB OVERVIEW

Hello! We are a small indie beauty brand in the U.S. looking for a talented individual to support out team. This is a freelance to part-time position focusing on social media planning and some admin work. Must be proficient with Instagram and Facebook platforms and Upgrade to see actual infoe below for details.

SOCIAL MEDIA
- Schedule Social Media Posts (we provide most images and content) and Stories
- Save UGC to dropbox by product category
- Create Stories 3x4 / week
- Create reel 1x2 / week
- Source inspirational product and non-product images with our direction/guidance
* you will need to create videos and ideally have some graphic design experience
- review and reply to IG DMs and comments

ADMIN
- Reconcile payments to invoices once a month
- Research any invoice discrepancies as directed
- One-off tasks

This candidate should have an aesthetic eye who can create a cohesive IG feed and also an eye and skills for design to create IG stories and reels using platform features and/or graphic design apps / systems.

Requirements:
You must know how to use Instagram and Facebook and create stories and reels with Instagram features

SKILLS: Excel, Graphic Design and Mailchimp a plus.
