Digital Marketing Lead

Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Expert will be responsible for developing a thorough marketing strategy in line with Huskee’s online marketing goals. The successful candidate will be extremely creative and innovative and will need to have strategic thinking in order to determine opportunities through a comprehensive analysis of current and future market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns, and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Monitor and report the marketing campaign’s effectiveness, and adjust them as necessary.
- Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
- Closely work with the Operations team to assist with new events, products, and campaign launches.
- Be in charge of the Company’s brand management
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Qualifications:
- With a degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of work experience in Digital Marketing.
- Flexibility and adaptability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable communication skills. Speak and write clearly and articulately.
- Fond of teamwork and collaboration.
- Willingness to deliver high-quality results with a growth mindset.

Preferred System Experience:
- Bigcommerce or similar
- Hubspot or similar
- Wrike or similar project management tools
- ERP systems

Home Office Requirements:
- 100% Remote work
- Availability to work business hours in the Australian timezone
- Computer (at least Core i3 Processor, 4 GB RAM, Webcam)
- Home office with a private room and desk
- Reliable internet (5 MBPS minimum, 10 MBPS preferred with ability to go up to 50 MBPS).
