Artwork Designer/Artist - for personalized Disney Artstyle

I'm looking for long term partner to place regular orders for a project I'm about to start for my shop Upgrade to see actual info
The new project is just starting so there is no guarantee of success yet, just keep that in mind.

The following skills are required:
#1 Good english for custom customer requirements and understandings
#2 Drawing pets, humen and backgrounds in a Disney artstyle
#3 Good drawing skills similar to the attached artworks

What I need from you is:
1. Costs per pet/human
2. Costs for background drawing
3. Delivery time per artwork
4. How many artworks/week you could do

What you don't need to do is to communicate with the customer a lot. But you need to understand their explanation of the requirements to keep revisions to a minimum.
