JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there!

I’m hiring a Rockstar Project/Operations Manager to help manage, operate, and grow our different ecommerce projects that we currently have going.

We are an online digital marketing agency that focuses on :

-Creating and building Funnels and eCommerce websites
-Driving and converting traffic from Facebook, Google, IG, and more
-Manage Social Media

We have both Clients and our own internal brands.

Most of our clients are eCommerce entrepreneurs and sell products online.
Many advertise on Facebook, Google and other places.

WE have a team of

-Copywriters
-Designer
-FB + Google Ads Specialists
-Video designer
-Web Developer
-Graphic Designer
-Customer Service

We need a Project manager to manage this team and ensure everything gets done and projects are completed on time.

We a small team and working very hard. We want someone who would fit in well and can be RELIED ON.
We need someone who is DILIGENT, GROWTH ATTITUDE and is RESPONSIBLE.

SPEED is the #1 TRAIT I'm looking for. Someone who Get's things done FAST and can manage the team.

ABOUT YOU:
For this position, you must possess the following qualities to be successful:

* Great understanding of eCommerce processes
*Deep understanding of Funnel Building, Copywriting and Design
* Deep Understanding of Business Procedures and Business Processes
*Strong Management experience in a ecommerce environment
* Deep Understanding of how to structure Workflows and SOPs
* Have worked with Upgrade to see actual info, Asana, or other Project Management Software
* Can write Perfect English
* Know how to design and structure basic documents on Google
*RELIABLE and great at OPERATIONS
* Fast Implementer & Self Starter
* Dependable & Trustworthy
* Detail Oriented
* Have a “Get the Job Done” Attitude
