JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a WordPress developer that will be able to work on both the front and back-end aspects of our web sites, creating themes and plugins respectively. You need to have an all-round understanding of front-end web technologies such as PHP, HML5, CSS3 and JavaScript as well as have a basic understanding of visual design such as color, font and layout. The ideal candidate should know how to build adaptive and responsive designs and understand the whole development cycle from design to deployment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-We will be building a series of business Upgrade to see actual infostead of using a company like Upgrade to see actual info we will use WordPress and premium WordPress plugins.
-Creating and developing new tools and functions
-Translate designs, use cases and mockups into responsive themes and guide the whole process
-Build and maintain web site architecture
-Optimize web site load-time and interactive performance and availability while managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
-Additions, enhancements, modifications to all websites properties.
-Research and review plugins required for website functionality and determine which plugin(s) are best suited for business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
-Strong proficiency in the three core technologies of front-end development HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript
-Strong understanding of server-side PHP development
-Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
-Knowledge of commonly used frameworks and libraries of the front-end toolset
-Experience designing and developing web sites that are responsive and accessible
-Have a basic understanding of the debug tools of common browsers
-Maintain CSS consistency in design, colours and theme across all platforms and browsers
-Ability to convert visual designs, mockups and wireframes into working HTML and CSS
-Knowledge of source code management GIT
