Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack (Ruby on Rails)

Responsibilities
- Improve and build out brand-new features in ku.zone
- Refactor, extend or improve aspects of ku.zone enterprise management application to meet business requirements
- Bring new ideas to the table concerning everything from feature development, process improvement, and product suggestions
- Develop solutions you’ve designed from the ground up through to deployment into production
- Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks within the application and broader infrastructure
- Participate in interviews, code reviews, business planning and strategy sessions
- Performance debugging, benchmarking, and building awesome things in general?

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience building web-applications and products
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Extensive experience working in a full stack environment and specific experience with:
- Ruby on Rails
- TypeScript / React
- Docker
- Demonstrated timely delivery of project results
