Part Time Executive Virtual Assistant with "Perfect" English Wanted: Work for a Great Team and growing company. Potential for long term position creating systems and processes for the business so it runs like clockwork.

• Courses and programme on learning about and understanding the Ancient Divine Feminine Wisdom and power that are available to support every woman on this planet, in every area of their lives including spiritual and coaching businesses.
• Courses and programmes to support the spiritually aware entrepreneur in healing their money story and we are currently designing a colour therapy course for healing and personal development.

Your role is primarily admin and advanced project management but there will also be some customer care and interaction in our >>Facebook Communities and in our Online Learning Portal. You are a master of anticipating someone's needs – the kind of person where I’ll think of something and find you’ve already taken care of it.

You have a firm grasp of the bigger picture. You have a great ability to manage all the moving parts and follow up where necessary to keep things on-schedule.

This is a work-from-home position that will report directly to Marcia and will also work closely with other key members of the team.

You will be our CEO Marcia O' Regan's right-hand person and support her as she needs in her day-to-day running of the business.

There are times when the workload will be much higher than others and we are looking for someone who is committed to “getting the job done”.

For example; when we are hosting The High Priestess Gathering and enrolling new students in our online programmes your hours will increase. Also as our community grow the hours necessary for this role will increase to meet the demands of the role.

We have Divinely Prosper Membership our paid programme where Marcia is active almost daily and hosts weekly Divine Feminine Coaching and Healing sessions and twice monthly zoom Q & A and hot seats.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with the different softwares and you are willing to take ownership of various administrative and social media tasks, then we believe you would be perfectly aligned!

If you love to problem solve, take initiative, and act as a medium between customers + leaders and contributing to creating an organization that flows, then this job is for you.

This is also not a good fit for someone who has an established book of clients or an established spiritual business and is just looking for “more hours” or a “side gig”. The role will start with 10 to 20 hours per week then grow into a bigger position as required.

Our small dynamic team is sacred to us and we are looking for a like-minded person who is willing to make that same commitment. Our business is like a family and when we find someone that is a fit for us whether that's a VA, a team member or a contractor we aim for a long-term relationship.

This is a part-time role and there is plenty of freedom and flexibility in the schedule. We are based in a European time zone.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant or relevant role
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello or Clickup
• Experience with online learning platforms like Kajabi
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google
Suite)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (eg: Google Calendar)
• You know lots of tricks on how to make business easier and connect together.
• Excellent at organising and managing emails and processes.
• Knowledge and experience of wordpress and basic web design and active campaign (We have a web design and tech team but expect you to be able to navigate and edit the website at a basic level)
• Excellent time management skills
• Expert in project management.
• Solid organizational skills
• Ability to learn and use new systems, software and processes fast.
• Can multi-task without losing focus
• Familiar with Social Media platforms
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (eg: Google Calendar)
• You know lots of tricks on how to make business easier and connect together.

• Ability to share your opinion and give feedback with confidence.
• You don’t waste time procrastinating and you get the job done in a timely fashion. You have strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously (as this is a remote working position these two are essential.)
• You understand our company’s bigger picture and have an overall higher level of skills and can manage all the moving parts and follow up where necessary to keep things on-schedule.
You have a sense of style and love things to be beautiful and pleasing to the eye.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Project management.
• General Administrative tasks such as resolving billing issues, emailing clients, processing refunds and managing online event registrations and uploading and organising content in our online learning platform.
• Reporting any issues, suggestions and feedback to appropriate team members
• Streamlining and improving our internal customer support policies and procedures
• Gathering testimonials and feedback submitted to the support inbox and on social media
• Gathering and Sharing customer feedback with team for business development purposes.
• Customer support via email and in our Facebook groups for Marcia O' Regan's personal brand.
• Document admin procedures – a major part of every team members role, is to create processes that can be added to our OPS Manual, this is a live document that is continually being added to and edited so we can keep up to date processes for every single aspect of the business.
• Editing and writing newsletters using email both in active campaign and kajabi
• Organizing Facebook group posts and events
• Managing content for the podcast including; uploading audio, adding description and links and creating a corresponding email and scheduling release date across all our social media platforms. (We use some software to make scheduling easier)
• Managing our email list, emails, copy, spelling and grammar checks and scheduling.
• Liaising with our web design and graphic design team for many tasks.

Strategic quarterly planning and implementation with the CEO.
10-20 hours per week
