Facebook Ads Account Manager

We're looking for someone proficient with Facebook Ads Manager to join our team. We're a female focused boutique coaching & facebook ads agency. This is a remote / virtual position so you can be based anywhere (but able to work on Australian time zones)!

To be considered for this role, you MUST have prior experience and a track record of working to a high standard, setting up and optimising campaigns, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will:

- be responsible for the day to day management of client ad accounts
- monitor, track and analyse data
- optimise accounts and consider new strategies to improve account performance
- be keen to learn and keep up with industry trends
- work as part of a team to share knowledge and pool resources to troubleshoot and better performance
- create weekly and monthly client reports
- attend client strategy calls and team calls

A few more details:

- The project will start as a 3 month term with a view to go full time if we're a good fit for each other
- Looking at 20 hours a week to start - with a view to move to 30-40 hours a week
- Google ads / shopping / SEO experience a bonus
- Intensive training and support will be provided throughout.
