POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a business development manager, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients with our company. This position is critical to our success and 2021 growth goals. You must be a top-performing telephone rockstar who is able to handle objections, get past gatekeepers, and showcase the value of our services.. This position is a solid mix of inbound leads and outbound prospecting - Lead Generation. You must be comfortable converting the lead from prospect to client in a professional sales manner. You must have impeccable English with little to no accent. You will be responsible for maintaining leads in our CRM, following up with leads, and most importantly following the process.

You will build relationships and understand customer needs in order to provide appropriate solutions in a fast-paced and innovative working environment. You will assist in defining sales and growth strategies toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers and utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to prospective Upgrade to see actual infoSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Generate leads through outbound prospecting including via phone, email, text messaging, and social media
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners
Assist with maintaining our database of leads
Follow up with stale leads
Assist with building relationships with new and existing clients.
Assist in the development of video blogs (you must be comfortable with being on camera)

QUALIFICATIONS

3 - 5 years of sales telemarketing experience in real estate or solutions selling environment.
Experience with lead generation and marketing automation software.
Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Must be experienced with negotiation, be a successful prospector, and be able to independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment.
Show a proven track record of achieving sales and lead gen quotas.
Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline
Proficiency in Zoho Apps is preferred
Experience with RingCentral, Mojo Dialer is a plus


PAY RATE

Starting salary is between $600 to $700 USD per month, depending on experience PLUS commission of $25.00 USD per signed contract.
After 180 days, depending on your performance, your monthly salary will be raised between $50-$100 USD PLUS commission of 30.00 per signed contract.
$30 commission will be paid after 30-days, given that the client has been fully on-boarded and doesn't back out of the contract.
