We are looking for someone to take over the social media role at our Upgrade to see actual infoom planning out a content strategy using our templates, to scheduling posts and keeping track of incoming DMs. This position will cover

We need someone who is enthusiastic, creative, hard-working, highly organized and with great problem-solving skills to help us roadmap our marketing and content creation moving forward.

This fully remote role is a great opportunity for someone to really develop and progress their skills, and take on more responsibility as we grow.

Full support will be provided including a focused training period when you first start working with us. We have extensive onboarding and training materials and the majority of your tasks are already broken down into checklists in Trello. Each task will come with a demo video so that you can watch how it’s done before repeating yourself.

We provide all software tools you will need.


About the role

Initially, this will be a part time role of 20 hours a week with the opportunity to grow to full time within 90 days.

Your job is primarily to keep track of content creation, formatting and then scheduling. We have video editors, writers and designers. You will be in charge of making sure that content is ready and scheduled in advance, so if you need to jump in and finish a post or graphic yourself, that is expected as we ramp up.

Flawless written English is critical for this position.


This is suitable for someone hard-working, who really wants to learn and grow, develop their skills, prove themselves and take on more responsibility. A passion for social media, graphics, emojis and video is critical.

You’ll be learning a lot. You won’t ever be comfortable just coasting along. This is a demanding role, with tons of support to help you improve your skills.

You will be expected to keep track of projects in our project management software, Clickup, with a religious fervor. The ability to keep everything properly organized will unlock more projects to grow your role. (managing content to our facebook groups and the podcast to social media)

You will be expected to take responsibility for studying what’s working in social media and hot trends (training, tools and resources provided). There are constant changes in this world and we want you to stay on top of them.

We have a year’s worth of content already roadmapped, your job is to keep the social media team and the channels on that road.

You will have access to dozens of top-of-the-line online training courses, the most powerful software on the planet, daily coaching from our team and the chance to actually do the work, make some mistakes and learn from experience.

The role involves working with me (CEO), business partners and the other members of the team as required.

If you had been working for us in the last couple of weeks these are a sample of some of the tasks you would have done:

- Guided our video team to turn podcast snippets into audiograms
- Guided our video team to converted video interviews into short clips
- Turned blog posts, podcast episodes and videos into quote cards
- Cleaned up transcriptions of video content
- Pulled ideal quotes and clips from longer videos
- Cleaned up and streamlined our Clickup social media board
- Scheduled content posts across our social channels
- Reviewed quote card, meme and story templates with the graphics team
- Reviewed the interaction between social media and our blog
- Come up with content ideas for the team to create
- Found stock images and added them to quote cards
- Audit our past social content and organized reusable/repostable content
- Planned a strategy for the CEO to go live on social channels
- Managed comments during live events
- Setting up tracking of social channels and key metrics usinc Cyfe


This is a position that will start out part time but can move into a full-time position after a three-month trial period.

You must be comfortable working with time tracking software. Our team is located around the world and this is our system for accountability.

Main metrics will be tracking:
- New Followers
- Inbound DMs
- Purchased from Social Media


We’ll review your work regularly including both volume and quality to ensure that expectations are being met.

You will always be supported and always able to ask questions and be a part of the company’s progression. Your success means our success so it is in our interest for you to succeed and be awesome at what you do.

We’ll expect you to be always on the lookout for ways to make the business better and to bring ideas both big and small forward regularly.
