We are a white label PPC company that supports digital marketing agency owners who do not have the resources to deliver outstanding PPC results for their clients in-house. Your goal
Help and ensure the smooth running of processes and operations. You will also support and develop your teammates while leading by example.

Who We Need?
We are seeking a logical and critical thinker who loves to problem solve. Someone who would gladly embrace a new platform or system. A team member who is organized and detail-oriented with a high level of responsiveness and self-organization. They should have the ability to calmly manage multiple projects and priorities. Help us enhance our already amazing team!

This may be the perfect opportunity for you if you:
- Native English Speaker (a must)

- Prepare for and attend sales presentations via zoom and telephone
- Create sales scripts as required for each product/service, and adjust as appropriate for different types of lead
- Feedback on sales script performance and improve
- Create sales follow-up processes in conjunction with marketing automation to ensure close
- Create qualification criteria that identify and select suitable prospects for each product
- Identify additional product/service needs during the sales process where IPPC/BAM can provide more value to purchasers/partners.
- Provide feedback on marketing efforts and automated sales processes to improve overall performance.

- Great Communication Skills: You will be representing our company and sales team during your conversations with target businesses. A love for conversing with people as well as ease when talking on the phone is vital.
- Great People Skills and Positive Mindset: In addition to a genuine enthusiasm for talking to people, persuasiveness and the ability to alleviate potential clients’ concerns while booking appointments will make interactions exciting and a positive outcome for all involved.
- Coachable: You will learn and master your role by working with both our company’s co-founder and our team’s top sales rep. An open mind and desire to improve will propel your performance forward.
- Team Oriented: Our team thrives on close collaboration and good-natured competition. As part of the sales team, your positive working relationship with your assigned sales rep will mean your success – more kept appointments and more sales closed!
- Self-Starter: Because you will be working from home, it is essential that you be adept at time management and efficient handling of your own schedule.
- Previous Sales Experience: A proven history of success in B2B cold calling to set appointments is required. If you do not have experience on your resume you will not be considered for the job.
