Responsibilities
Create informative, memorable, and engaging training courses that give Ylopo clients and employees a confident understanding and foundational competence in using the Ylopo platform
Monitor and maintain reporting for commencement, completion, and satisfaction rates for learners
Follow SOP for updating training resources and maintaining their relevancy
Collaborate across departments to gain comprehensive understanding of new and existing products
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the Ylopo employee onboarding experience
Assist in training and onboarding new team members
Provide high-level support as the expert for LMS platform and/or production tool functioning
Provide input to management for short-term and long-term training objectives
Distribute and monitor team member workloads and schedules
Evaluate team member performance against company standards; work with team members to achieve performance objectives and improve their skills, mentor and develop team members
Oversee documentation and dissemination of all department internal and external processes
Facilitate ongoing education on e-learning best practices for training team
Requirements
Undergraduate degree - (Degree related to Instructional Design, Communications, Psychology, or related field a plus)
At least 2 years of experience in instructional design
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional manner with coworkers and clients
Consistent work habits and strong work ethic
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to think logically and analytically when problem-solving
Be proactive and take initiative in all aspects of your work
Ability to create a positive work environment
Experience using LMS platform and/or relevant production tools (Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, GoAnimate, Premier, etc.)
Experience managing at least a small team of 1-2 people
Experience with process improvement and SOP management
Experience using Coassemble a plus
System Requirements:
-Processor should be 2ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly required
-Ram should be at least 8 gig with 100 gbFree disk space
-A Headset with noise-canceling feature
-At least 10 Mbps & up wired connection(strictly no USB Sticks allowed)
Shift Schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM Pacific Standard
