JOB OVERVIEW

The Sales Catalyst is an industry-specific training company based in Sydney Australia.

We focus on the Hairdressing, Beauty, Body & Aesthetic industries, where we deliver and teach both B2B
and B2C programs

We need:
A senior and experienced Marketing person with 10+ years’ experience who’s a whizz with all thing’s software, to help us move into the online delivery of our training/coaching programs The ability to write compelling content and build and manage effective sales funnels are a vital function in this role.

While your skill in grasping the big picture is important, you will also have a fascination with the details to ensure everything works smoothly and professionally.

Your specific skills and experience will enable you to jump in and progressively take on these roles.

• Planning and promotion
o Create a plan for quarterly sales funnel activities.
o Once approved implement the plan on time and produce in-bound leads.
• Copy & Content
o Write publicity copy for publication in trade magazines.
o Write copy and content that speaks to our audience and creates enquiries.
o In consultation design lead magnets and contribute to their smooth integration
o Manage 1st stage responses on-line/chat.
• On-line Coaching products
o Contribute to the creation and design of select on-line training courses.
o Build a LMS to support its on-line sale and functionality.
o Manage the marketing, the sales funnel and course bookings.
o Prepare and discuss monthly KPI reports.
• Social Media
o Manage pages on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including advertising campaigns.
o Manage and increase the Facebook group Salon and Clinic Hub
o Write, design, and create content for Social Media content pillars across all platforms.
o Increase engagement KPI’s.
• Canva & Photoshop
o Social Media Post design/creation, images thumbnails image selection and filing
o Create other miscellaneous design elements/materials.
• Mailchimp
o Regular email marketing using tag segmentation.
o Manage the automation and nurture sequences using Mailchimp.
• Podcast
o Edit and produce Podcasts to a constant image/standard twice per month.
• Administration
o Asist in establishing an organized information filling system.
o Project reporting through Infinity
o Create and explain monthly KPI reports.

This is a full-time position , 4 days, Tuesday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
With Philippines conditions respected.

You need to have confident English writing skills . Your written English skills should be 9 or greater (out of 10) and you should be comfortable using Grammarly or associated tools to enhance our client’s interaction and response.
