JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full time, fixed hourly salary all round administration as well as article submission, SEO optimizer for various websites.

You will be doing the following:
1) Updating specific websites for new and outdated information (pictures, content)
2) Posting and deleting Craigslist/Kijiji/Backpages ads everyday with slight word changes to keep them fresh
3) SEO - Looking for information and related keyword phrases and to optimize various types of website
4) Posting descriptions to web directories, posting to article directories, video directories
5) Posting to popular social media accounts for different websites
6) Handling some Customer service calls in emergency as needed
7) Doing various Administration related activities and responsibilities (see below)

You may need to work at night so please allow some overlapping time, especially in the beginning when you will have a lot of questions. I live in Toronto, Canada (it's GMT-5) so you will be 12 hours ahead of Toronto. After you have taken over completely, I do not really mind you working on your time as long as it's at least 8 hours a day and the work gets done.

You should have the following qualifications:
1) You are very personable, your English must be very close to perfect and you must display exceptional verbal and written skills.
2) You need to be able to write articles and blogs on various topics and titles as we give you suggestions on. No spinning, as I run everything through Copyscape.
3) You need to have ability to work at least 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. You can choose any 2 days to be your weekend but you must advise ,e ahead of time (not necessarily Saturday and Sunday if you want).
4) You must learn and adapt very quickly and be able to multi-task
5) You must be self motivated and be able to work autonomously, have strong work ethics, strong organizational skills, a high level of professionalism and EXCELLENT attention to detail. You should not be afraid of technology and new things
6) You must, of course, have a dedicated computer and Internet connection, and not work from a Cyber cafe.
7) You must have excellent knowledge in SEO and SEM.
8) You must be willing to start immediately and be able to work autonomously

Administrative Duties and Personal Tasks include
• General internet Research
• Social Media Maintenance (article writing, link building, etc
• Power Point Presentations
• Travel planning and Coordination
• Some Data entry
• Excel Spreadsheets
• Email Administration
• Schedule Management
• Expense Reporting
• Article Editing

What we will do:
1) We will provide detailed instructions for you on all aspects of your work.
2) For each task you will be doing I will give you a "To-Do" list, which you will be using and checking each completed item off of the list. This way you cannot make any mistakes or forget something
3) We will be checking your work and progress periodically but almost daily in the beginning
4) We will never abandon you and we can talk at any minute and you can ask questions related to your work.

Finally, we are going to give the right person access to our world. We need to be able to trust you and that is a must-have quality. We like to be able to pass information to my assistant and know that it will be used for the purpose that we intended for it to be.
