JOB OVERVIEW

Top-tier, seasoned executive has branched out on his own. Hey that’s me! :) Starting the build out of consulting & marketing agency. Also in the idea creation stage of an early-stage focused technology firm. With a number of other projects such as courses and websites.

I’m looking for a unique Virtual Assistant (VA) that can be part of this journey. Your core skills will let you participate on Online Community/Presence building, Writing, and Project Managing.

This immediate position is for a super VA/Virtual "Chief-of-Staff."

In this role, you'll be responsible for some standard admin-ish stuff, like managing the calendar, email communication, project management, and more fun things like helping out with marketing such as writing, social media, the online community.

Ideally you grow to own as much as you want, and if you're the right candidate, that will sound like a fantastic opportunity. You'll be supporting one busy exec, based in San Francisco, who spends part of his time as an marketing & selling and part of his time cultivating the homegrown start-ups/founder/online community.

Some things you may do depending on where your interests/skills lie:
- scheduling and travel
- screening emails and inbound inquiries
- social media and email management
- wordpress administration
- content design and review
- project planning
- event logistics
- Writing Copy and Web Writing
- interacting with the online community, prospects, customers, partners
- interacting with the online community and start-up founders
- interacting with the online community and start-up founders

We're pretty flexible on experience level, but at the very least we're looking for a bright, driven, highly organized individual with:
- extreme attention to detail
- professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- meticulous tendencies and super high standards/work ethic
- strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- superior writing and editing abilities, and really likes doing both
- high technical aptitude -- experience with wordpress and mailchimp (or the like) is a plus but at the very least have a burning desire to learn
- any experience with digital media or design software is a big plus
