We are an alternative health company based in the United States. We’re growing our business nationwide and we’re looking to add another member to the team to help us with our goal. We provide intensive training for the position, and for a career in a professional setting.


ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will see you focusing on customer service and email management. You will be delivering excellent customer service to our customers through email and call. You will also be contacting suppliers and potential partners, and checking the status of orders.

Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Helping customers with their inquiries, issues, and other concerns through email and phone

General Store Management
- Daily tasks include editing and fulfilling orders, processing refunds and cancellations, and creating shipping labels.

Customer Retention
- Following up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the product

Social media management
- Creating content for social media (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook) using Canva and engaging with our social audiences

Research
- Researching and reaching out to potential customers, business partners, and vendors through email, social media, and phone

Other administrative Tasks
- Performing basic data entry tasks using Excel and Gsheets and scheduling appointments and meetings using Google calendar


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent organization and multitasking to manage multiple customers at any given time
- Proficiency with computer and online software is a plus (e.g. Shopify, Google Workspace, Microsoft office, Cloudtalk, Klaviyo; etc.)
- Additional skills will be viewed favorably (e.g. social media management, copywriting, graphic design, etc.)
