MSA seeks a driven professional with strong experience as supporting executives to join our team in the position of Executive Assistant in a virtual capacity. The successful applicant will support the growth and efficient operation of the company and its two most senior executives. MSA is growing – this opportunity offers significant potential for the successful candidate to grow with us, assuming progressively greater responsibility.

This is a part-time position that will report directly to MSA's CEO. The position will initially be for 10 hours per week, with the expectation that this will increase following an orientation and testing period. The role is designed to support someone’s professional growth within MSA and to find someone who wants to learn and grow within our firm.

Specific areas of responsibility will include:
• Overseeing the calendars and scheduling for the company's senior executives
• Supporting the growth of the business by managing incoming business requests
• Overseeing correspondence business of the company's senior executives
• Ensuring satisfied clients by supporting client relationship management
• Engaging in some event planning
• Supporting specific personal tasks for the company's senior executives

Required Attributes – the ideal candidate will bring these abilities to the table on day one:
• Exceptional organizational and project management Upgrade to see actual infon you diligently follow every step in a process? Better yet, can you create a process? Are you great at follow up and making sure things get done when they need to? You are highly organized and can create order out of chaos. Your role on the team is, in part, to ensure that systems are being applied. You are the type of person who puts together an Excel sheet to go to the grocery store! You naturally apply project management practices like coordinating people’s efforts, tracking level of effort and establishing budgets.
• Excellent writing. You will be communicating on behalf of senior executives, and so must understand how to communicate effectively using excellent professional written English.
• Exceptional professionalism. You have the tact and experience to be able to navigate relationships within and outside MSA, oversee confidential information, and use discretion in how and what you communicate.
• Solution orientation. You have a positive, solution-oriented mindset that is fully focused on finding how to make things work. You also document in enough detail that others understand and implement your solutions.
• Completing high quality work. We believe in what we do. Our work and productivity reflect our passion. We want another team member who believes the same!

MSA's headquarters are in Colorado, which is 14 hours behind the Philippines.
