We are a growing ecommerce brand who is in need of additional help to answer customer
You will be trained in the tools, software and procedures by our current full time customer service rep. She will be your main point of contact as you learn on the job.
This is our first Virtual Assistant hire and we are excited to work with someone who is eager, talented, hard working, focused, patient and works well with customers, making sure they are happy. This position will start out working during our peak business periods which can last 5-8 weeks long, 4 times a year, so about 20-32 weeks a year, 20-40 hours a week.
Somethings I have in mind for you to do in the immediate future is:
*Responding to incoming
*Learn about product line to help customers
*Use Helpscout ticking software to take incoming customer requests
*Use Shopify platform to look up customer order information
*Use Inventory Fulfillment software to look up customer order information
*Use internet to look up tracking on customers orders
