Direct hire position. If you love to talk and to help people, we’ve got the role for you! We’re looking for outgoing, self-motivated people to fill our Inside Sales Agent positions. The primary responsibility of this position will be to increase the number of sales opportunities for our growing team. You must be able to provide exceptional customer service that builds the trust and confidence of our client base. This role includes prospecting for leads via telephone and managing all aspects of the leads for our Listing and Buyers Specialists.

Job Description:
Work from home for our real estate investment
Responsibilities:
• Primary duties include outbound calling,
• Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs.
• Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to prospective customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity
• Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies served by our team in order to expand our clientele and build our business.
• Provide up-to-date information regarding clients and where they are in the home selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently.
• Understand client needs , offer solutions and support
Qualifications:
• Extremely strong phone skills
• Speak and write English effectively with confidence
• Positive, enthusiastic motivated and solution-oriented
• Familiarity with CRM’s or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Driven to succeed
• Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken
• One year of call center or virtual assistant experience
• Proficient in writing and handling documentation
• Practice scripts and use them to their maximum potential
• Has excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills
Requirements:
• Working high-speed laptop or desktop
• DSL Internet - 10mbps or higher (Will be asked to speed test)
• Headset with noise cancelation
• Home-office setup with a quiet location
• Effective at using EXCEL and/or Google Forms
• Must have backups or secondary equipment in case of power or internet interruptions
Pay rate:
Up to $4.00 /hr with possible bonuses - Pay is every 1st and 15th of the month CST
Hours:
9am-6pm CST. Mon-Fri
- A 30 min lunch and two 15 min breaks per shift
