JOB OVERVIEW

Hello!

Who we are:
We are a social media marketing company called Platform Marketing. We work with Real Estate Agents in the US to help them with their marketing needs. We have been in business since 2014, and we have about 175 clients in the US. We have 20 employees.

What we do:
Our "Ads Team" edits our client's videos and creates Facebook/Instagram ads using those videos. On our Ads Team we have 7 Filipino employees and 5 US employees doing this work 5 days each week (Monday - Friday). We are looking for an 8th Filipino team member to join our Ads Team!!

Video editing includes splicing video clips together creatively, adding transitions between clips, sometimes adding effects/logos, some lower thirds, some music, etc.

Creating ads involves making posts with videos or photos (we provide templates for our ads so you do not have to write all of the ad copy), and using Facebook Ads Manager to create the ads for the client. This will be taught in training, so if you have not done this before, that is fine because we will teach you.

Most of the videos we edit are tours of homes that are for sale, and videos highlighting local businesses the real estate agent visits in their area. Here are a few of our clients' Facebook Pages - you can see examples of how we edit our clients videos and what their ads look like:

What we need:
A part time (around 30 hrs/week) employee who is able to start Monday, June 14th.

Requirements for the job:
1) Good English - reading/writing/listening skills so you can do great video editing, and follow directions without much confusion.
2) A powerful/fast/reliable video editing computer
3) Have your own subscription for Adobe apps: Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop
4) Have reliable and fast internet for uploading and downloading video content quickly.
5) Be familiar with Facebook and Instagram (we will train you on how to create ads for our clients)
6) Be available to work between 20-30 hours per week and do projects on time/by due dates.

Other specifics:
Workdays are Mondays through Fridays.
Preferred work hours are between 5am-1pm EST (5pm -1am PHST). We have some flexibility on working hours (we have some people who work a little earlier and a little later), but we would love if our next hire is available to work between those specific hours, so our US Ads Team can proof your work during their shifts, and help you get your projects done Upgrade to see actual info helps when the US team and the Filipino team work similar hours so they can get in contact quickly with each other.
We offer Paid Time Off after you have worked for us for 60 days.
We pay wages each week, through PayPal invoices.
We pay 13th month each year.
We love our Filipino Team and can't wait to grow our team!
