E Commerce Assistant, Writer

I would be interested to hire one full-time or minimum 40+hours/week virtual assistant to help me to develop my e-commerce (Shopify) business.
The store about to launch so I need hands to help me with many tasks like:
Product description, product page creation, gifs, and video adds creation
Product publishing
Product research
Manage social media accounts
Adds Upgrade to see actual infopends on the person's experience and results initially I am willing to pay 430 USD a month. After getting some profit I would be willing to reward team workers and add bonuses each month.
