Marketing Manager

Hi, My name is Trevor. I run 3 small growing companies from home and am looking for an assistant to work alongside me with the general day to day of the businesses. They are in the sectors of blogging, tv entertainment and dating so all very different but enough to keep one busy!

As there isn't a huge amount of work due to covid, the role is extremely varied and includes the following duties: general admin, contracts, sales enquiries, a small amount of bookkeeping, social media posts and online marketing.

The idea is that my assistant has a good idea of the overall running of the company and as we grow, we are able to hand over one of the roles to another assistant, giving you the chance to fully explore and grow within your chosen avenue.

The right candidate should have a general understanding of the tasks below but will also be trained in:

General Sales and replying to enquiries
Calendar Management
Small website management
Social Media Marketing and editing
Small Bookkeeping
High level of office organizations


I am looking for someone who is fun, down to earth and honest who wants to grow in a fun yet fast-paced environment. This is a long-term role with plenty of potential for growth and choice within the companies.

Currently, the role is offered 3 days per week
