Youtube Channel Manager

Hey Youtube Expert! I need help with my youtube channels with subscriber growth and engagement. I have been doing this for several years and have had issues with both. I have ideas for content, have desires to do more, but am fretful for sharing more when my efforts have seemed futile. One of my channels is monetized, but I have only gotten paid a few hundred dollars, and I have invested so much time and money on this platform paying for video editing, SEO and assistance. I'm looking for someone to help with the best strategies for more views, subscriber growth and organic engagement.

Also need to have assistance with uploading the videos to the channel regularly on a schedule so that I can focus on just creating content.

The niches are BUSINESS/BEAUTY with some content for lifestyle and opinions on celebrities.

I already have loads of videos posted, and want to be able to get views on older content and retargeting those viewers to my website and products, and growing email lists for subscribers.
