Virtual Phone Receptionist - English and Spanish

Responsible for answering phones, from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, in English and Spanish. Will complete intakes and timelines with potential clients and customers. Gather, organize and index Upgrade to see actual infot appointments and keep customers happy. Starting pay ranges from $5 to $8 per hour, based on experience.

This role will provide you with hands-on training with an attorney, at least one hour per day, where you can learn how to investigate and gather information for potential cases. I enjoy and have good skills helping my clients through one of the most stressful times of their lives which could include a termination and/or lawsuit with their current or former employer. This experience makes me a very fair and conscientious employer myself. I respect and support my team at all times.
