Architectural Drafter

Howdy,

I am looking for a person who is able to learn architectural plan design. You need to know the basics- how to do renderings, floor plans, etc. I want to teach someone slowly but surely how to do the rest. This is entirely a position about taking you from someone who can maybe copy a sketch into design software to the point where you can see a sketch of a floor plan and actually draft a 25 page planset.

I need you to have confidence. I need you to communicate well. I need you to want to learn. I need someone who can conceptually understand how construction works, the products used, and how it all comes together.
