Cold Callers for Real Estate **Weekends off**

I am seeking administrative assistant that can handle various tasks but mainly you will cold call and reach out to distressed property homeowners to see if they would consider a cash offer on their home.

This will begin as part time job and move into full time position as you prove yourself capable to handle these tasks.

MUST have EXCELLENT English/Verbal Skills and MUST work during my hours US CENTRAL STANDARD TIME (CST)

LOOKING FOR COLD CALLER WITH THE FOLLOWING SKILLS

- Phone Skills or has call center/BPO experience
- FLUENT in the English Language Both Verbal and Written
- Sales experience is optional but preferable
- Real Estate Background is a plus
- Reliable
- Positive Attitude

- High Willingness to learn/Teachable- People who will excel in this position are coach-able and open constructive criticism to get better quickly
- Team Player - Need to be able to consistently show up for work
- Has a “can do” positive attitude
