Data Entry VA

We are a US online credit restoration company with extensive experience in the industry. We are looking for a data entry processor VA to help perform the primary functions of the business.

Job Duties
• Ensuring that the information and privacy of clients are well secured
• Reviewing full credit reports from all the three major credit bureaus
• Composing and mailing the appropriate letter(s) to the credit bureaus and/or collection agencies
• Understanding the factors that make up a credit score
• Understanding the credit repair process in depth
• Understanding government agencies involved in consumer rights
• Knowing the definitions of industry-specific terms

Qualifications
Knowledge of information security and privacy
High analytical and problem-solving skills
Good English Communication skills
Can work on minimal supervision.
Ability to work at a high capacity
Be able to think outside of the box to solve problems
Data entry in the English language
Reports builds on excel sheet and google sheet
Available during US business hours (EST)

Technical Requirements
Good working internet connection and computer\
Experienced in using Google Suite, Google Drive, Google Office
Microsoft Office Knowledgable (especially Excel and Word)
Reliable internet connection (backup internet is preferred)
1 main computer with at least core i5 processor
