Real Estate Sales for Investment Company

We're a real estate investment company looking for an Sales person.

There's no cold calling involved but you must be comfortable negotiating with realtors.

Your main task is to help us buy more properties by making offers on MLS listings, negotiating with realtors, and getting deals under contract.

Salary is $500/ month (Can be more based on experience)

For EVERY accepted purchase contract, whether we but the property or not, you get paid $35 - $50.

Then for every home we purchase, you get paid $500.
