Law Firm Case Manager

We are a busy family law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. We are hiring for a case manager. The case manager will be responsible for ensuring that cases are moving through our work flow efficiently. The case manager will follow up with the legal team when cases fall off track to get tasks timely completed. The case manager will also regularly check in with clients to determine if there is anything that they need and ensure they are receiving the services and attention that they need and maintaining high client satisfaction. Must have strong work ethic and be eager to learn quickly. The case manager will also be responsible for keeping our project management system up to date. Experience with automation and/or zapier helpful. Experience with Asana also helpful. Fluent in speaking and writing English. Ability to work during eastern standard timezone required.
