If you love planning, delivering and scaling multiple forms of communications and outreach activity and enjoy researching and learning a new industry, we'd love to hear from you!

We're the largest coach training organisation in the UK and we're after an Outreach Expert to work within our marketing team. You'll work directly for me (Content & Communications Manager) and the Digital Marketing Manager, and alongside the PPC Manager, Social Media Manager, SEO Manager, Designer. And even the Centre Director!

This role is for you if:

- You pride yourself on your excellent ability to communicate virtually and write clearly, succinctly and persuasively

- You’re able to research and understand a new industry and quickly map out the coaching landscape

- You can craft excellently engaging and crystal clear emails, build relationships with ease and make people want to collaborate with us

- You can research and reach out to industry thought-leaders to feature on our popular coaching podcast and be the running point with guests from start to finish

-You have strong analytical skills to report and audit work, and use that information to improve and develop your own outreach campaigns

- You have strong experience and understanding around copywriting, outreach strategies and best communication practices

- You have experience creating/organising engaging events (virtual or in-person)

- You have a good grasp of various/outreach softwares (ninja outreach, buzzstream, etc)

- You love working with a great deal of autonomy and remain motivated and productive when working alone

- You have both a fun sense of humour and a depth of thinking

- You have excellent English language skills for both writing and speaking

- You can bring new ideas, innovation and thinking to the party and help us become the very best in the industry

- You can multi-task with detail and accuracy and perform other duties as assigned

-You want to work mainly in Philippines time with some meetings on UK hours

- You’ll be joining an existing team of 13 full-time Philippines staff and 8 full-time UK staff. Of course, you’ll be working remotely from your home but with the power of technology, you’ll have frequent team calls with the marketing team to ensure joined-up strategies.

- Flexibility around working hours - While we will want your hours to be aligned with UK hours on the whole, there will be some flexibility around this meaning that you can start

- We don’t track your time and we don’t ask for screenshots of your work. We care about your outcomes.

- You’ll receive a salary of 40,000-50,000 PHP depending on experience. The salary will increase once you prove your skills.

- You’ll have opportunities to earn performance-related bonuses based on achieving key outcomes.

- You’ll be paid twice-monthly without fail and never late!

- You’ll get 25 days paid annual leave and a reasonable level of sick pay for those unexpected days you can’t work.

- After 1 year of proving yourself, Animas will make a significant contribution to your Philippines health care insurance.
