KD Hall Communication and Foundation is looking for a seasoned Communications Project Manager with experience building and owning workback schedules as well as holding stakeholders accountable against key
Primary responsibilities will include:
• Manage CEO
• Develop strategic communications materials for internal and external announcements
• Educate stakeholders on communications processes
• Create and develop communications materials and other content to help promote key messages and drive consistency across teams
• Own management of stakeholder meetings and communications, work stream briefing and updates, creative/copy management and posting of assets, tracking weekly pacing and performance as well as reporting
• Write and edit content as needed according to client specifications. Examples of content include partner communications, field marketing assets, as well as comms to internal and executive stakeholders
• Plan, and maintain essential project and event management deliverables from project inception to closure
• Coordinate virtual events via Client Teams including electronic invitations, creating show flows and surveys, brainstorming content and drafting recaps
• Develop content and drive multi-channel approach to build audience and followership with high impact storytelling
• Deliver against our diversity and inclusion initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
• High level technical competency/experience and understanding of Client tools, platforms and programs including SharePoint, Google Drive, Teams, Planner, Word, Power Point, Excel and OneNote
• Self-starter, ability to work independently with limited direction, agility and flexibility; understand the business intent, and guide project activities accordingly; ability to juggle multiple projects and competing deadlines; resourceful, and self-sufficient
• Be extremely organized and capable, with a detail-oriented mindset to manage and communicate regarding initiatives, approaching things in a logical manner
• Extremely effective written and verbal communicator
• Able to build effective working relationships inside and outside group, and accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals and groups
• Awareness of internal and employee communications needs, ideally with a side of crisis/change comms background
• 5+ years experience with project management (preferably with employee engagement, community management, diversity and inclusion or employee communications)
