IT Recruiter

We are recruiting company based in Austin, TX. Our clients are all over USA. We are looking for a talented sourcing specialist to join our team. This position will be remote. The recruiter will be responding to leads, source candidates, scheduling calls and vetting candidates. Must have excellent English and solid grammatical skills.

You are mostly be sourcing the candidates using Monster, Linked In, and other tools.

Other daily tasks include:
• Using some of the sourcing tools
• Schedule calls with candidates who express interest in our jobs (We will do the call to start, eventually we can train you how to do them)

For any candidates, you identify and place there will also be bonus paid if they get hired.
