We are a real estate investing business specializing in land. We are looking for a team member to grow with our company.

Job Description:

Your primary responsibility would be focused specifically around doing market research on specific properties to perform a comparable analysis. Additional real estate and administrative tasks may be assigned once you are proficient with comparables.

Skills and Qualifications:

The primary skills required are ability to perform research online and strong google sheets/excel experience. You do not necessarily need prior experience with comparable analysis. You will be provided with a process document and a video explaining exactly how to do this task..
