JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a responsible and self-motivated person to help with the needs of our growing real estate team by assisting with administrative tasks and inside sales and prospecting. We pay a competitive base and your great performance can qualify you for generous bonuses. Excellent, if not perfect, written and oral communication of the english language is required.

We are in need of someone who is able to do the following:
- Extensive Internet Research
- Circle Prospecting (Type of calling where you have a list of phone numbers for a particular neighborhood we are interested in specializing in)
- Cold Calling/Client Follow Up Calling
- Email Handling
- Miscellaneous Telephone Handling
- Be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and Publisher
- Familiar with Top Producer Real Estate CRM is a plus
- Input all new property listing data and photos into the local MLS
- Gather all needed transactional documentation and distribute to the appropriate parties
- Enter the new listing information into various websites
- Complete price reductions
- Order signs for installation
- Create flyers/Marketing materials
- Manage social media marketing
- Blogging and other content writing
- Video embedding, submission and syndication
